1. What is it?

It's a grant to help with some of the costs of course-related expenses such as books and travel

You can apply for a Course Grant alongside any other available finance, including a Tuition Fee Loan and Tuition Fee Grant as part of your student finance application

Does it need to be repaid?

No - Course Grants do not have to be repaid, unless you leave your course early.

As part of your student finance agreement, you must keep us updated with any changes to your course or personal details. These can affect your funding, including how much you have to repay and when.
