Apply for student finance
The following forms are to apply for your part time undergraduate finance, as a new or continuing tuition fee and living cost student. This includes Tuition Fee Loan, Tuition Fee Grant and Course Grant.
New and continuing student applications

As part of your application for student finance you may be told to complete one or more of the following forms.

UK Passport Details Form 2024 to 2025
If you have a UK passport but you did not included your passport details in your application, you’ll need to send a UK Passport Details Form. Do not send your passport to us.
If you have a ROI passport (but do not have a UK passport) you will need to send it to us.

Birth/ Adoption Certificate Form 2024 to 2025
Form to help prove your identity if you don't have a UK or ROI passport. You will need to send your original birth or adoption certificate with your completed form.

Change of circumstances
Let us know about any changes as soon as you can
Keeping your information up to date is part of your finance agreement. You may be able to update your information on your student finance account (opens in a new tab), check this first.
Use this form to tell us if you've:
- changed your name or address
- changed university or college
- changed course
- changed from part-time to full-time study
- left your course or suspended your studies
- your course tuition fee amount has changed
Once we know about your change we'll write to you to let you know how this affects your entitlement.

Changing how much you'd like to borrow or adding additional finance

Disability forms
Students with a learning difficulty, health problem or disability
The following forms are used to apply for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). DSA is available if you have a disability, physical disability, long-term health condition, mental-health condition or specific learning difficulty.

Claiming Reimbursement for DSA Related Costs
