When should I apply?
It’s important to apply early to make sure you get your money in time for the start of your course.
You need to apply by Thursday 30 April to make sure your money is in place for your course starting.
Remember, you do not need a confirmed place at university to make an application.
How should I apply?
The quickest and easiest way to apply is through your online account and it only takes 30 minutes.
If you’re a new student, you’ll need to create an account with us when applying.
You may already have an account if you have applied for student finance before or received EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance). If so, you should use the same account details and CRN.
If you’re a continuing student, you can re-apply on your online account. Make sure that you reapply by Tuesday 30 June to have your money in place.
Part-time undergraduate and postgraduate Master’s students
Part-time undergraduate and postgraduate applications are expected to open from mid-May.
