Introduction

If you are from Northern Ireland and are thinking of going to college or university in academic year 2010/11, the Student Finance Calculator will provide you with a tailored estimate of the financial support you could receive.

The calculator gives an estimate of what's available for student loans, grants and scholarships and bursaries from your place of study.  Unfortunately the calculator does not provide estimates for courses in the Republic of Ireland.  For details of support available to students studying in ROI click here. 

The estimate is based on the information you give, so the more detail you can provide the more accurate the estimate will be.

Please note that the estimate you receive is not an offer of support. Once you submit an application you may need to provide supporting evidence: we will tell you what this is when you make your application.
