How can I contact Student Finance NI?

Currently our Customer Support Office is experiencing large volumes of incoming calls. Whilst we endeavour to answer all queries as quickly and effectively as possible, please be aware that there may be delays in answering your call.

In the meantime, you may be able to find the answer to your question through our FAQ’s, or login to your account where you can update your personal details, complete your application, as well as view your correspondence and payment details.

What if I don't live in Northern Ireland?


Student Finance NI provides information and services for students who normally live in Northern Ireland. Apply for Student Finance if your home is not in Northern Ireland.

Can I make a complaint?


If you have a problem with your student finance application or your student loan account, you can register a complaint. Full details of how to do this are provided in our leaflet, download the PDF "How to make a complaint"(pdf 235kB) which will give you more infomation.
